Chairman & Mentor
S G Chandru, the visionary behind Retail Resonance, pioneered concepts like Cloud Computing, Transactional Intelligence, and SaaS well before they became industry norms. With 40 years of diverse experience across multiple industries, he has excelled in roles from engineering to CEO. He raised CDN 1.4M from the Canadian Government to establish Retail Resonance and served as the head of CII's Electronics sector. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Anna University, Chandru is also a passionate aero modeller. Today, he focuses on envisioning new solutions and strategizing for new markets and verticals.

Shreeveni is a graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She brings over 21 years of expertise managing projects like Smartwin, Coffee Day, and Nippon. She excels in retail application processes—sales, SCM, auditing, and reporting—and is skilled in C, MySQL, and GTK for GUI development. With advanced SQL proficiency in Oracle and MySQL, Shreeveni ensures seamless data synchronization and backup/recovery processes. Her leadership spans POS development and support teams, focusing on project completion, client satisfaction, and innovative problem-solving in infrastructure management.

With 20 years as a Database Administrator, he's an Oracle Certified Professional specializing in Design Development, Replication, and Data Modeling. Heading a four-engineer team, Mani's expertise spans diverse database management areas. Off-duty, he cherishes life in Chennai with his successful Doctorate wife and charming daughter. This tech dynamo is currently conquering AWS certification while leading a squad of four network engineers.
